Sinking Ship - Part II
It's official - Sony is dumping its PDA product line. Now they're dead even in Japan. The combined onslaught of smartphones and the PocketPC was too much. Seriously, who wants another device for basically looking up ohone numbers and keeping appointments. Phones own this market if only they could get the user interface right.
I have been using Xpherix since my trusty (and old) Sony CLIE could not be made to work with my nex XP laptop for about six months now, and there's no going back. This little $2.99/mo program makes all my Microsoft Outlook contacts instantly searchable on and downloadable to my phone.
