Zandr = Hatr
OK I got that line from Engadget. I bet you he didn't expect that his off-the-cuff comments wouldn't be broadcast around the world.
"Screw the nano. What the hell does the nano do? Who listens to 1,000 songs?”
You know, Zander is right at the left-brain level. Can anyone list 1,000 songs, let alone afford them? Most people can't even list the 50 states in the Union.
Engadget points out that research backs him up:studies show that people listen to exactly 375 songs on their portable devices.
So what does it mean? That Zander is thinking not feeling. And consumers feel not think when they buy. Like anyone really ** NEEDS ** that Escalade, with its humping 6 liter V8. Or that 4,000 square foot McMansion with five bedrooms and six baths. Maybe he didn't hear about conspicuous consumption" and the theory of the leisure class. Novel concept from 1899.

The problem is that the masses cannot ID the differences between their needs and their wants. ...
Do people really need an ipod Nano?
We know the answer.
Do they need a new mobile phone every 9-12 months?
In Asia, there are the masses who spends their time talking and worrying about paying their phone bill, not where their next meal is going to be. ...
As much I like my hi-tech toys, I prefer one that can be customized and upgraded by myself when I need to. ... Which is why I do not have many. ...
As long as people are continuing buying that hi-tech product and others like that, my high-tech mutual fund is making some $$. ... :))
